Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ISR ("Intelligent Sales Router") is an AI-powered sales agent for Facebook Messenger. The service automates customer message replies, order creation, inventory management, fraud detection, and advertising analytics for businesses operating in Bangladesh.

ISR is built and operated by a single developer. The service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

2. Acceptable Use

By using ISR, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal activity under Bangladeshi or international law
  • Sell prohibited or restricted products (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, adult content)
  • Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassing messages to customers
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the service to process fraudulent transactions
  • Violate Meta's Platform Policies or Terms of Service

3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

When you connect your Facebook Page to ISR, you authorize ISR to act as a data processor on your behalf. ISR will:

  • Process customer messages and data solely to provide the service
  • Not sell, rent, or share your customer data except as described in the Privacy Policy
  • Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
  • Notify you of any data breach within 72 hours of discovery
  • Delete or return all customer data upon termination of service

4. Fraud Model Consent

By using ISR, you consent to having your customer data contribute to the ISR fraud detection network. This includes:

  • Phone number hashes (SHA-256) shared across all ISR sellers for fraud scoring
  • Delivery outcome data (delivered, returned, fraudulent) aggregated anonymously
  • No personally identifiable customer information is shared across businesses

You may opt out of the shared fraud network by disabling the Fraud Detection feature in your settings. However, this will reduce the effectiveness of fraud protection for your business.

5. Subscription and Payment

  • ISR offers monthly subscription plans starting at 2,000 BDT/month
  • All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial
  • Trial does not require payment method upfront
  • After trial expiry, a subscription is required to continue using the service
  • Payments are processed through SSLCommerz or bKash
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment

6. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, ISR is a beta product maintained by a solo developer. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
  • Error-free AI responses (ISR may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete replies)
  • Perfect fraud detection (false positives and false negatives are possible)

You acknowledge that ISR is an assistive tool and that your staff should monitor important or high-value conversations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISR shall not be liable for:

  • Lost sales, revenue, or profits resulting from service downtime or AI errors
  • Fraud losses that were not detected by the fraud detection system
  • Data loss (customers are encouraged to export their data regularly)
  • Third-party service failures (Meta, courier APIs, payment gateways)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the total subscription fees paid during that period.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing dashboard
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
  • You may request immediate deletion by contacting support
  • ISR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
